Those Clubs who have missed the deadline for submitting the name of their Club President (Elect) and Secretary (Elect) for the year 2010-11 are requested to mail the same by January 25, 2010.

Do ‘Complete Reporting’ - A reporting is complete when you:
- inform by email 5 days in advance about your club project to the District in both the email ids given below
- send the report by mail within 24 hours of a club project to the District in both the email ids given below (preferably with photographs)
